Pricing

Daily Sales Email is currently 100% free for everyone. No credit card, no trial that ends, no premium tier locked behind a paywall. Below is what's included today and an honest note about what might change in the future.

Why is it free?

Daily Sales Email is run as a side project alongside the SQLPro family of database clients. Hosting an email worker for a few hundred indie developers costs us a few dollars a month -- not enough to justify the friction of a billing system, free trials, or a paid tier. As long as that math holds, the service stays free for everyone.

What about a paid tier?

Honest answer: we don't have one today, and we're not actively building one. If usage grows significantly or we add features that are genuinely expensive to operate (deep historical analysis, cohort retention dashboards, multi-team workflow), we may introduce an optional paid tier for those features -- but the core "yesterday's numbers in your inbox" daily email will stay free.

If pricing ever changes: Existing users will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance, and the daily email itself will continue to work for the notice period regardless of any new tier. We won't drop you off a service you depend on without warning.

What's not included

To set expectations clearly, Daily Sales Email doesn't do these things, even on the free tier (because they're out of scope for the product, not gated):

If any of those are deal-breakers, the Appfigures comparison and RevenueCat comparison may help you pick a different tool.

Frequently asked

Are there usage limits?

No. We rate-limit Apple's API per the documented cap, but on a per-user basis there's no email count, app count, or recipient count limit on the free tier.

Will I be charged retroactively?

No. If we ever introduce a paid tier, it would apply going forward only -- never backdated against your existing usage.

How do I cancel?

It's free, so there's nothing to cancel in the billing sense. If you want to stop receiving the email, uncheck the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly toggles on the account page or click Unsubscribe in any email. To delete your account entirely, see the FAQ.

Can I support the project even though it's free?

Best support is just to use it, give us feedback when something is wrong, and tell other indie devs about it. If you want to do something concrete, check out the SQLPro apps on the App Store -- buying one of those is what funds this project.
