Reporting a problem with the email

If a daily email looks wrong (missing data, wrong totals, broken layout), the most useful thing you can include is the date the email was sent and the account email address you signed up with. That's enough for us to find the relevant log entry and the underlying App Store Connect report.

Reporting a security issue

Please email security findings directly to the address above rather than posting them publicly. We aim to acknowledge security reports within one business day.
